The starter kit is great!!
I love the binder, it makes delivering the course a no brainer. For less experienced trainers, the facilitator guide gives you step by step instructions on what to say, do and ask which takes the pressure off and allows you to focus on making the class fun and enjoyable for your participants.
As a seasoned trainer I love the flow of the materials, professionally done, and having everything on DVD's allows for the "plan B" if something isn't working on your laptop.
Carol & her team have thought of it all and strive to make the delivery of this course easy and fun all while keeping it all professional. The trainer walks away looking like a star!
